Photographer Marketplace - Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT: Please read these terms carefully before registering.

1. Photo Ownership

✅ Schools own 100% of all photos taken during Platform bookings
✅ You receive NO revenue from photo sales to parents
✅ You are paid a flat session fee only (R3,000-R8,000)

2. Revenue Model

• Schools receive 80% of photo sales
• MyEncore receives 20% platform fee
• Photographer receives 0% (already paid session fee)

3. Platform Protection (STRICTLY FORBIDDEN)

YOU SHALL NOT:
❌ Reverse engineer Platform software or APIs
❌ Contact schools directly to bypass Platform fees
❌ Copy, scrape, or extract Platform data
❌ Use Platform technology to build competing services
Penalty: Account termination + R50,000 fine + legal action

4. Registration Fee

✅ 100% FREE - No registration fees
✅ 100% FREE - No monthly subscription
✅ You keep 100% of your session fees

5. Data Protection (POPIA)

• Comply with Protection of Personal Information Act
• Keep student/parent data confidential
• Delete data after session completion
• Report data breaches within 24 hours

6. Quality Standards

• Upload photos within 72 hours of session
• Minimum quality: 3000×2000 pixels, 300 DPI
• Maintain 3.0+ star rating (or account suspended)
• Professional conduct required at all times
